An average of 24 Erasmus Mundus scholarships are available per year for students of excellence.
ERASMUS MUNDUS SCHOLARSHIPS
The Erasmus Mundus Programme supports Master Programmes of excellence by providing EU-funded scholarships for third country and EU/ EEA students who have applied to and have been accepted by the Marine and Maritime Intelligent Robotics Master program (MIR).
There are around 24 Erasmus Mundus grants available each year and about 4 self-financed student positions. Please note that the next application round for the scholarships will take place between October 2023 and December 2023 for the 2024/2025 academic year. Application to the EMJMD (Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree) MIR and for the scholarship is one application, no extra scholarship application is needed.
What does the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship cover?
The Erasmus Mundus scholarship covers the participation costs, tuition fees, a monthly allowance for living costs and a contribution to travel and installation costs. Each successful candidate receiving an Erasmus Mundus scholarship, will receive 1000 euros each month for living costs during the 24 months duration of the program. The scholarship also includes a contribution to travel and installation and any other type of costs to be paid in two installments, including the participation costs of 9000 euros (EU students) and 18000 euros (Non- EU students) and health insurance coverage for 24 months.

INDUSTRY SCHOLARSHIPS
The MIR industry partners, can offer specific scholarships to Non Erasmus Mundus grantees. These scholarships can be open to all students, including French nationals.
